Our School

Our school officially presents classical Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Style in Russia. So far this is the only school to fully represent only this style. You may practise any time you like (Led-classes, Mysore-style classes and «Ashtanga for Beginners»).

Every day, from the early morning and till late at night our cozy and spacious rooms are open for you, near Novoslobodskaya metro station. Our teachers are highly-qualified and attentive. In our school you are always welcome to attend the seminars of experienced native and foreign Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teachers.

Also we have groups studying Sanskrit, «chanting»-classes, «yoga-sutra»-classes. Our aim is to create the school, fully corresponding to the main Ashtanga Yoga shale (Ashtanga Yoga Institute KPJAYI (K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute), Mysore, Karnataka, India). We are ready to help in any possible way to our pupils willing to begin their studies in Mysore.

We hope that our school will become a real territory of «ashtanga» with an atmosphere of friendliness, mutual support, harmony and understanding.
