Personal Practice Planning

It is recommended to organize your Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga training in the following way. You should have practice every day with one day-off a week. In Mysore it is a traditional Saturday (you may choose any other day for you). It is recommended to avoid trainings on full moon and new moon days.

Trainings

Take a shower before starting your exercises. Do not eat anything and do not drink much 3 hours before the training. Take a shower not sooner than 1-2 hours after the training.

Exercises only on your own mat (hygienic standards). Have a small towel with you (for doing some of the asanas).
